Virginia Piedmont & Central HO Model Railroaders
The VP&C is a special interest group of the Richmond
Freelance & Prototype Model Railroaders, Inc. (RF&P) and
is focused on the interests of both the novice and
experienced HO modeler.

Over 31 years ago the Richmond Freelance & Prototype Model
Railroaders was formed. They first met in the Broad Street train
station.
In recent history (something like 1992) they reorganized as the
Richmond Freelance & Prototype Model Railroaders, Inc. (dba RF&P
MR) a 501(c)(3) organization. The RF&P has charitable and
educational purposes.
The Bylaws make provision for Special Interest Groups (SIGs). That
is, members who are interested in a particular aspect of the hobby of
model railroading. It was for this purpose that the VP&C was formed.
